  1. Apple Cake

  3. 6 apples - peeled, sliced    1 Tbls vanilla
  4. 6 Tbls sugar                 1 Tbls baking powder
  5. 1 Tbls cinnamon
  6.  
  7. Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl.  Mix with apples.
  8. Add vanilla.  Let stand.
  9.  
  10. 3 cups flour                 1 cup oil (vegetable, corn, safflower, etc)
  11. 2 cups sugar                 4 eggs
  12.  
  13. Beat eggs.  Blend in oil.  Gradually add sugar (These 3 steps can be 
  14. done with a mixer or by hand, but it is easier to use a mixer!).  
  15. Stir in flour until all blended.  Fold in apple mixture.
  16. Pour into greased bundt or angel cake pan.  Bake until toothpick
  17. inserted comes out clean.
  18. Bake:  375F  1 hour 15 minutes

  23. 1 cup sugar
  24. 2 cups diced apples
  25. 1 beaten egg
  26. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  27. 1 1/2 cups flour
  28. 1 teas baking soda
  29. 1/2 teas cinnamon
  30. 1/2 teas salt

  32. Mix in order.  Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan.  Bake until toothpick
  33. inserted comes out clean.
  34. Bake  350F   30 minutes
